PHILADELPHIA — SEPTA said the cause of ongoing service disruptions on its Trenton Regional Rail Line is due to flooding damage to a signal house. SEPTA also said damage to another signal house caused by a falling tree also is causing problems on the West Trenton Line. The damaged signal houses, which control switching signals, are owned by other railroads: Amtrak on the Trenton Line and CSX on the West Trenton Line.
