KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Two teens who attend William Blount High School appear to have been the victims of a weekend train collision, according to the Blount County Sheriff’s Office.
The victims were tentatively identified as Jessie Hines Jenkins, 18, of Friendsville and Kevin Ray Stinnett, 17, of Maryville, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
