Siemens ships first ACS-64 locomotive for SEPTA

NEW YORK — The first ACS-64 electric locomotive for Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has left Siemens’ plant in Sacramento, California, bound for Philadelphia.
