PHILADELPHIA — SEPTA’s regional rail travel got jammed in Center City Tuesday afternoon after a report of smoke in a train caused rush-hour delays of up to an hour. Smoke was reportedly being emitted from overhead equipment on a Warminster Line train between Jefferson Station and 30th Street Station about 5:50 p.m., said SEPTA spokesman Andrew Busch.
