SODDY-DAISY, Tenn. — A neighborhood in Soddy-Daisy is growing concerned for their safety after stalled trains are causing major delays. On Tuesday morning, the Soddy-Daisy Fire Department says a train stalled at the Cox Lane intersection for more than 40 minutes – the only way in or out being over the train tracks. On the other side of the tracks was a 78-year-old woman calling 911 after a fall.
