LOS ANGELES — An Amtrak train that had been stalled in a rugged, mountainous area of southern Oregon while en route from Los Angeles to Seattle has begun moving again. The Amtrak Coast Starlight train No. 14, which departed Los Angeles on Saturday and was slated to arrive in Seattle on Sunday night, had been stopped just north of Chemult, Ore., since about 11:30 a.m. because of mechanical issues, Amtrak spokeswoman Christina Leeds said.
