SOUTH JACKSONVILLE, Ill. — One of the nation’s largest grain companies expects to be shipping train loads of central Illinois corn, soybeans and wheat by the fall of 2013 from a state-of-the-art terminal planned in South Jacksonville. Bartlett Grain Co., based in Kansas City, Mo., plans to begin construction this summer on the $20 million to $30 million project. Once completed, it should create 15-30 jobs, according to local economic development officials. The site is near Kansas City Southern lines.
