CHICAGO — CSX Transportation, Inc., which was already under new regulations after complaints from local residents and officials about violating its operating agreement on a line that runs through the 19th Ward, will now have to submit even more detailed train traffic reports to the Surface Transportation Board (STB), the STB announced on Oct. 7.
