WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Surface Transportation Board (STB), which regulates economic issues between railroads and shippers, issued its annual “revenue adequacy” calculations yesterday indicating that Union Pacific Railroad was the only major carrier that pulled in sufficient revenue in 2010.
