GOSHEN, Ind. — Drivers are stopping in their tracks or literally stopping by the tracks in Goshen. Parked trains are plaguing drivers for hours on end. There is frustration, not just from those drivers but also Goshen’s mayor. Goshen’s Mayor, Jeremy Stutsman, says the Norfolk Southern railroad is not being responsive to their concerns. He says he’s seen sitting trains anywhere from a couple of hours to days on end.
