MUNCIE, Ind. — Stopping for trains is not new in Muncie, with railroad crossings on McGalliard, Tillotson, Batavia, Walnut and more, criss-crossing the city. But lengthy delays, with long trains that are sometimes moving very slowly, sometimes completely stopped, are becoming more common.
