ORLANDO, Fla. — Amtrak train 91 is late. The southbound Silver Star, headed to Tampa and Miami, is an hour overdue at the Orlando station on Sunday morning. Train people don’t care. They belong to another time, another era, another mind-set. Speed is secondary to the experience. The destination isn’t as important as the journey.
