MOBILE, Ala. — Talks of restoring passenger rail service to the Gulf Coast are back. Mississippi Southern Rail Commissioner Knox Ross tells NBC 15 News he feels confident Mississippi will be able to put up its $14 million portion to help restore Amtrak service between Mobile and New Orleans.
