TORONTO — On March 5, the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) filed a bad-faith bargaining complaint against the Canadian Pacific Railway with the Canada Industrial Relations Board. The bad-faith bargaining complaint stems from the railway’s failure to disclose certain financial information as the two sides bargain over pension issues. TCRC represents CP Rail’s 4,800 engineers, conductors and rail traffic controllers.
