CLEVELAND, July 10 — The Teamsters Disaster Relief Fund is accepting applications for assistance from members in the state of Missouri regarding severe storms and flooding that caused major damage in the following counties on May 5-18, 2007:
Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Carroll, Chariton, Clay, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Holt, Jackson, Lafayette, Livingston, Morgan, Nodaway, Osage, and Platte Counties.
If you or someone you know needs help, please call the Teamsters Disaster Relief Fund office at: (202) 624-7471. If you were impacted by the storms, please download and complete the “Request for Help” form. The completed “Request for Help” forms (including all requested documentation) must be returned by Friday, July 13, 2007.
