CLEVELAND, May 22 — The Teamsters Disaster Relief Fund is accepting applications for assistance from members in the state of New Jersey regarding severe storms and inland and coastal flooding that caused major damage in the following counties on April 14-20, 2007:
Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, and Union Counties.
If you or someone you know needs help, please call the Teamsters Disaster Relief Fund office at: (202) 624-7471. If you were impacted by the storms, please download and complete the “Request for Help” form. The completed “Request for Help” forms (including all requested documentation) must be returned by Friday, June 1, 2007.
