ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Additional cuts to Amtrak service in St. Louis will go in effect next month as part of nationwide reductions in passenger rail services during the pandemic. The frequency of the Texas Eagle, which connects Chicago and San Antonio with a stop in St. Louis, will be reduced from daily runs to three days a week beginning the week of Oct. 12.
