ALTOONA, Pa. — A third lawsuit stemming from the derailment of a CSX Transportation freight train in Hyndman Borough 32 months ago was filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Johnstown by a man who was forced from his home of 53 years, and his daughter, who owns the home.
