HENRY COUNTY, Ohio —The CSX intermodal hub is a $175 million project that is projected to create more than 2,000 jobs just outside North Baltimore.
CSX announced this week the company will move its Northern Division headquarters to the site. That means all CSX intermodal freight movement in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey will be managed in Henry County.
Residents are excited about the growth in the area even if it means more trains will be rolling through to transport over a million shipping containers.
