RENO, Nevada — A British couple has finally gotten married following a string of unfortunate incidents during their eight-week trip throughout the United States. They faced tornado warnings in New York, record heat in New Orleans and flooding in Nebraska. And to top it all off, they were passengers on Amtrak’s California Zephyr when it was hit by a tractor trailer in rural Nevada on June 24, a collision that killed six people and injured 20 others.
