The BLET National Division Education & Training Department will offer a full slate of training opportunities throughout 2026. Two Secretary-Treasurer classes are confirmed for February:
LM-3 / LM-4 Refresher Class

Dates: Feb. 17–19, 2026
- Class One: Tue., Feb. 17 — 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (EST)
- Class Two: Wed., Feb. 18 — 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. (EST)
- Q&A / One-on-One: Thu., Feb. 19 — 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (EST)
This class is for Secretary-Treasurers who file LM-3 or LM-4 reports for General Committees of Adjustment, Local Divisions, or State Legislative Boards. Alternate Secretary-Treasurers and General/State Chairmen may attend upon request. This refresher class is offered on two alternate days/times to accommodate schedules; the Q&A day includes one-on-one slots for individualized assistance.
LM-2 Workshop for Secretary-Treasurers
(Hybrid: In-person or Zoom)
Dates/Location: Feb. 23–26, 2026/BLET National Division Headquarters, Independence, OH
- Mon., Feb. 23: Travel and hotel check-in
- Tue.–Wed., Feb. 24–25: Full-day instruction
- Thu., Feb. 26: Half-day session, hotel check-out, travel home
This workshop is for Secretary-Treasurers who file LM-2 reports for General Committees of Adjustment, larger Local Divisions, or State Legislative Boards. Alternate Secretary-Treasurers and General/State Chairmen may attend upon request.
