ROANOKE, Va. — Three days after 17 CSX cars carrying crude oil derailed in a fiery wreck in downtown Lynchburg, trains were again running on the tracks. Trains resumed running just after 9 p.m. Saturday, allowing some of the derailed cars to be put back on the tracks and moved. The oil in the remaining cars will be removed over the next day or two before they are moved out, according to a CSX news release issued Sunday.
