WASHINGTON, D.C. — House Republicans on Tuesday introduced a giant new surface transportation bill loaded with goodies for the GOP base.
Greg Cohen, president and CEO of the American Highway Users Alliance, described the bill as a “big wet kiss for conservatives.”
