WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that the Transportation Communications International Union (TCU) reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the Track, Traffic and Management Services (TT&MS) on September 2, 2004, covering the craft and class of Clerical, Office, Stocks and Storehouse. Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Dick Hanusz.
