SPRINGS, Calif. — Two people suffered critical burn injures in a train fire that prompted the temporary closure of a portion of Interstate 10 in the mid-valley Friday afternoon. The two people who were injured did not work for the train company or any law enforcement agency, and they are suspects for potentially starting the fire.
