PITTSBURGH — An Amtrak passenger train headed to Washington D.C. from Chicago has been involved in a collision at the Pittsburgh train station this morning.

Two trains collided in what authorities are calling a low-speed crash just after 4 a.m.

Paramedics say several people asked to be treated for minor injuries.

Authorities say a freight train bumped into the Amtrak Capital Limited train.

The passenger train was carrying 180 passengers. The trains did not derail.
