BISMARCK, N.D. — This year’s harvest was tough to get in the ground, tough to get off and now it’s tough to get to market. Grain movement is severely hamstrung by lack of railroad service, primarily from BNSF Railway and Friday a top rail official will meet with grain growers and state officials to explain what the problems are and the solutions.
