OMAHA, Neb. — From around the bend came the sound of a train whistle and in response, there was a cheer from the hundreds waiting on the snowy ground in downtown Omaha. Union Pacific locomotive No. 4141, the engine that delivered former President George H.W. Bush to his final resting place, was arriving for a four-day layover.
