MIDLAND, Texas — An attorneys representing victims of the Nov. 15 train-parade float crash said video and other materials are in possession of the National Transportation Safety Board. Attorney Kevin Gasheen requested materials, including the dashcam video from a Midland County Sheriff’s deputy vehicle. Raquel Espinoza, spokesperson for Union Pacific, said NTSB has the materials and is putting a hold on the videos.
