OMAHA, Neb. — A decade-long court dispute ended Wednesday when Union Pacific Corp. reached a settlement with the EPA, agreeing to pay $25 million to help alleviate lead-related health problems in Omaha.
The Environmental Protection Agency had sought $200 million or more for lead cleanup from U.P.
