WASHINGTON — Union members living in areas impacted by Hurricane Frances, the second hurricane to hit Florida in three weeks, now have one less financial worry, thanks to the Union Plus programs.

Disaster victims who participate in the Union Plus Credit Card, Loan, Auto Insurance and Mortgage programs, may be eligible to receive payment extensions or other special help from the program providers.

“The tremendous devastation caused by Hurricane Frances will make it extremely difficult for people to pull their lives back together,” says Union Privilege President Leslie Tolf. “That’s why we’ve contacted our program providers and arranged for them to help members impacted by this horrible disaster.”
