IDAHO FALLS — The Union Pacific railroad is cleaning up tons of barley at this hour, after one of its trains de-railed in Idaho Falls.
The train was headed to the Anheuser-Busch plant last night, when it suddenly jumped the tracks, near the Northgate mile. Several cars tipped over, spilling its load of barley all over the place. Police say the train was only traveling around 10-miles an hour when it hopped the tracks.
Union Pacific officials spent much of the night cleaning up the mess. This morning the railroad isn’t sure why the train jumped off the tracks.
