ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A 52-year-old locomotive engineer suffered a fatal cardiac arrest March 5 at Union Pacific’s Roseville yard, according to a report from the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services. Spokesmen for Union Pacific and the Placer County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the deceased man as 52-year-old Peter Poching, a Lincoln resident.
