SAN ANTONIO, Texas — About 13 cars derailed, including a locomotive that began leaking fuel, as a train was approaching downtown Tuesday night on the West Side. The train cars derailed just before 10 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Brazos Street, near Frio City Road.
