MIDLAND, Texas — The trial for the Nov. 15, 2012, veterans parade and train wreck lawsuit has come to a stop Thursday, as plaintiffs called for a mistrial. Plaintiffs, veterans and family members affected by the wreck and defendants Union Pacific were in dispute since Wednesday evening as to whether some evidence should be considered or not for the jury.
