Virginia may have mis-reported amount of oil spilled in 2014 Lynchburg derailment

LYNCHBURG, Va. — Virginia officials reported this week that only 390 gallons of oil remain in the environment from the spill when a CSX oil train derailed in Lynchburg last April.
