ROANOKE, Va. — Just in time for Black History Month, the Virginia Museum of Transportation is opening an African-American railway history exhibit. The exhibit is called “From Cotton to Silk: African American Railroad Workers of the Norfolk & Western and Norfolk Southern Railways.”
