WASHINGTON — VRE will run a normal schedule Friday on the Fredericksburg Line.
After four days of partial service because of signal work by a freight railroad, the commuter line says it should be smooth sailing once again starting with Friday morning’s rush hour.
That’s the good news. Come Monday, it’ll be the turn of Manassas Line riders to be inconvenienced.
Because of track work, VRE will cancel Manassas trains 323 and 334 on Monday morning. They also expect delays in the 20-minute range.
