LaCROSSE, Wisc. — Sen. Kathleen Vinehout, D-Alma, is circulating a trio of bills this week addressing concerns about railroad policing that have surfaced since BNSF Railroad began issuing trespass warnings to anglers crossing its tracks to reach fishing spots along the Mississippi River, which is separated from the state by more than 214 miles of rail.
