CANTON, Ohio — A worker at the Norfolk Southern rail yard lost a portion of a leg in an accident Saturday morning at the company’s yard on Division Road NE.
Norfolk spokesman Rudy Husband said the company was releasing no further details, including the employee’s name.
Canton Fire Division Chief John Whitlach said the department responded to a call at 9:55 a.m. for a severe leg injury, but could not provide further details.
