HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Cumberland County Coroner’s Office has ruled that the death of a 58-year-old worker at the Norfolk Southern rail yard in Enola was accidental. Stuart Riggs of Mechanicsburg died Wednesday evening when a guardrail gave way and he fell into a 40-foot pit, investigators said.
