Surface Transportation Board Chairman Martin Oberman last week appointed 21 members to the board’s newly formed Passenger-Rail Advisory Committee (PRAC). The committee will advise the STB on issues related to the development and operation of passenger-rail services. Greg Regan, president, AFL-CIO Transportation Trades Department, was appointed to a 3-year term to represent organized labor.
