Rick Inclima, Director of Education and Safety for the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division of the IBT Rail Conference, was interviewed by CNN as part of this series. The segment discussing railroad security is tentatively scheduled to be aired tonight, Tuesday, February 8, 2005 on CNN between 6:00 and 7:00 PM Eastern.
