Registration is now open for the BLET’s Western Regional Meeting, which will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, the week of June 3, 2024.
Guests will stay at the Marriott Kansas City Downtown (200 West 12th St., Kansas City, MO, 65105, telephone: (816) 421-6800). Meeting registration and hotel reservations can be made through BLET’s regional meeting website, bletregionals.org. Room rates are $199 per night (plus tax) and reservations must be made by April 23, 2024.
The meeting kicks off with a welcome reception on Monday, June 3. Opening ceremonies will take place the morning of Tuesday, June 4, followed by a closed meeting for BLET members that afternoon. Workshops for Local Chairmen, Secretary-Treasurers, and Legislative Representatives will be held throughout the day on Thursday, June 6. The meeting will conclude with a dinner dance on June 6.
There is no cost for BLET members who wish to attend the June 4 meetings and the June 6 workshops; however, there will be fees for those who choose to attend the meals. A complete registration (welcome reception, all BLET-sponsored meals, and the dinner dance) costs $225.00 per person. The price is $175.00 to register for all of the above except the dinner dance.
