Five anti-union, anti-worker bills are on the agenda for next year’s legislative sessions in the states. They are coming from a couple of anti-union, anti-worker think tanks: Arizona’s Goldwater Institute and Michigan’s Mackinac Center for Public Policy. They were unveiled at an ALEC conference last week and are in the form of model legislation that would restrict the rights of union workers.
