MUNCIE, Ind.— The turnout of an estimated 3,000 people prompted a company opening a locomotive factory in Muncie to end its job fair early. Several of those would-be employees tell The Star Press (http://tspne.ws/zDZfnv ) that they were encouraged to turn out for Saturday’s job fair after Progress Rail announced Friday it would close its factory in London, Ontario.
